Manage Translations

Manage Translations helps ensure your listing displays in international languages as expected. With Manage Translations you are able to manage how all free text fields on a listing display in any language.

  1. Access Marketing Center from within the menu of CoStar.com, LoopNet.com, or directly at MarketingCenter.CoStar.com
  2. Click Edit Listing on the listing you would like to edit

  3. Access the Manage Translations feature on the top right

  4. Select the language you want to update. The feature will let you know if the language is automatically translated or requires a manual translation.

  5. Click ‘Done’ when translations for all languages display as expected
  6. Click ‘Save’
  • Some languages are automatically translated while others need to have a translation generated manually for them. If you know your listing will likely be viewed by individuals who speak a certain language other than the language you create the listing in, it is helpful to check 'Manage Translations' for that language.
